No. Every adventure you purchase includes 5 guest codes, allowing for 6 simultaneous logins.
When you purchase an adventure, you will be sent 5 guest codes. Give one to each of your friends. They can use the code to register for a 1 week guest pass, allowing you each to log in with your respective usernames and passwords, without you having to share your login information with everyone.
Guest codes are redeemed at the game portal for the game you are planning on playing. Each virtual escape adventure has its own login page. You will be asked to create a free account (just your email and a password) before redeeming a guest code.
You will be sent a unique code that can be redeemed for any of our adventures. You can use the code yourself or give it to someone else. Gift codes are not tied to email addresses, so can be redeemed by anyone. It works just like a coupon. Add a game to your cart, enter your gift card code in the coupon field, and you're ready to play!
Gift cards and game licenses do NOT expire. Guest codes expire one week after first used.
There are two ways to play with large groups - self serve and hosted events.
Self Serve - You can purchase extra guest codes for more than the standard 6-device limit. But if you want to gather the team into a conference room and play on up to 6 different devices, no extra purchase required.
Hosted Events - We recently added the capability of hosting events over Zoom with breakout rooms for different teams. Please contact us directly for pricing and scheduling.
