The transmitter requires four values to be set before it can be turned off. Those values are entered by configuring the following controls on the transmitter:
* encryption wheel
* carrier code
* origin name
* destination coordinates
As each control is solved, its corresponding termination code value will appear in a space at the bottom next to the power LED.
You already know a lot about the planet where the signal is being sent from. You just need to let the system know. Enter the correct number of stars, rank in distance from the sun, type of terrain that defines the type of planet, the proportion of the surface covered by water, and the necessary element for life on that planet.
With the power on, you see three control panels before you. One of them must control the transmitter. You need to figure out how to turn it off.
