Answer

After setting each of the tone generators to the correct frequency (5, 3, 4, 3, 4), add them to the waveform panel, then hit the "-" button to cancel out the transmitting waveform.
It should reveal a confirmation code: 2238

You are not familiar with the TransCo 9000 Near Orbit Signal Transmitter, but you are beginning to suspect that it is not a "surveillance" system for the museum. It's something far more sinister! Any near orbit transmissions could interfere with Earth's defense satellite system, and must be terminated immediately. You just have to figure out how this thing works and terminate that signal!
