There are several notes on the nearby bulletin board, but strangely, there is no way to contact the person giving away the satellite dish.

The note for the free satellite dish has exactly 5 lines of text, which coincidentally is the number of digits needed to access the elevator.

Converting the D, F, E, I and G to numbers reveals the security code.

You enter the museum and show Dr. Goldwater's picture to the guard. He thinks she was here several days ago as part of a crew installing new surveillance equipment for the museum. He hadn't been told about the installation in advance, but there had been some recent incidents of vandalism at the museum, so he was glad they were finally doing something about it.

So she was at the museum the day before she placed the ad. Your mission has suddenly changed. You need to find that "surveillance" equipment to find out what she was really up to.
