Warhead transport must drive at 20% of the posted speed limit. Since the speed limit around the base is 40mph, they will be driving at 8 miles per hour. With a total distance of 4 miiles, the total driving time is 30 minutes.

With missile separation scheduled for 7:00 PM, the cargo should arrive at the Air Transit Terminal at 09:55 PM.
